Het trainingsprogramma is erop gericht om jou je zwangerschap te laten doorlopen met meer zelfvertrouwen en rust. Samen voorkomen we zoveel mogelijk dat jij fysieke klachten krijgt en zorgen we ervoor dat je bent voorbereid op het herstel na je bevalling.
